Hey guys! Been a while since I’ve posted so I thought it was time to mix it up a little… Here’s some cool BBQ tips for getting the best out of your bbq chicken…
The indirect cooking was new to me which probably explains why I have tended towards burning my chicken…
The other great thing is with nice slow BBQ the fats add to the flavour but then drop down into the ash so you get the taste without the fat!
