Hey there Guys,
I found this wonderful video from the AVERT facebook page where gold medal olympian Greg Louganis shares his thoughts on living with HIV, and how keeping his connection with sport has been a vital element of maintaining his health.
Looking back it’s great to remember how Greg won two gold medals in the 1988 Soul Olympics despite a significant concussion and having been diagnosed with HIV just 6 months earlier.
Remember that being gay and/or HIV positive does not mean your life has to grind to a halt.
