Hey there Guys,
Today I wanted to share part of a project I have been working on for the past few weeks.
I understand that there is a lot of jargon, technical terms and “medical speak” when it comes to HIV/AIDS. Sometimes when doctors talk about subjects like seroconversion, viral load and concepts like “window periods”, I start to see people’s eyes glazing over.
These ideas and concepts are important, so today I wanted to share a project I have created to help make understanding all this technical jargon much, much easier….
Say hello to my first video page, my HIV FAQ
Basically I have created a list of common questions I get asked in my rooms about HIV. What I have done is video taped the answers I share with my patients when they come to see me. Each video is short, simple and straight to the point. You get the information quickly, and hopefully in a way that makes it simple and easy to understand.

Guys, I really hope that you find this useful. If you do I am more than happy to keep on producing them. All you have to do is let me know what topics you want to know about and what questions you might have.
So what do you think guys? Is this a better way to help share medical information is an easy to digest format? I’d love to hear your feedback.
Yours in great health!
Dr George
